Proper installation of hydraulic hose connectors requires the following technical points:
1. Pretreatment:
- Use a dedicated tool to cut the hose (cut perpendicularity ≤ 0.5 mm)
- Deburr the inner and outer rubber layers (Ra ≤ 6.3 μm)
2. Assembly Process:
- Control the crimping amount (jacket shrinkage 18-22%)
- Pressurize in stages (pre-press at 30% of rated pressure, then pressurize to 100% of final pressure)
3. Quality Control:
- Use a projector to measure the outer diameter after crimping (tolerance ±0.15 mm)
- Burst pressure test (≥ 4 times the operating pressure)
4. Installation Specifications:
- Minimum bend radius ≥ 7 times the hose outer diameter
- Avoid twisting (marked line misalignment ≤ 2 mm/m)
Key Data: Pull-out force of the connector after crimping should meet the following requirements:
- DN25 connector ≥ 120 kN
- DN50 connector ≥ 300 kN
